On April 14, The 21st Small and Medium Business New Technology/Product Award, sponcered by Risona Small and Medium Business Foundation, Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun, MITI and the Small and Medium Enterprises Agency, was held at Grand Palace Hotel.
Our Self Calibratable Rotary Encoder and Angle Comparator won the Award of Excellence.
Dr. Tsukasa Watanabe, the senior research scientist of Metrology and Measurement Science Department at AIST also won Industry-Academia Collaboration Award.

Our Self Calibratable Rotary Encoder and Angle Comparator won the Award of Excellence of The 21st Small and Medium Business New Technology/Product Award, sponcered by Risona Small and Medium Business Foundation, Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun, MITI and the Small and Medium Enterprises Agency.
This prize is is awarded to new technology/products which contribute Japanese industry and society. Winning this prize means excellence and future prospects of our Self Calibratable Rotary Encoder and Angle Comparator was widely recognized.

Measuring Technology Expo 2008 was held during June.11-13,2008 at Pacifico Yokohama.
We displayed and demonstrated ACMS-050, SCMS-070 and SCMU-070. During the exhibition, we have many visitors.
Dr. Watanabe, the senior research scientist of Metrology and Measurement Science Department at AIST, gave a lecture on Self Calibratable Rotary Encoder at Optical measurement symposium 2008 and our product was mentioned in the lectrue.
We thank all those who listened to the lecture and came to our booth.
